We were approached to create a crypto streaming app for a startup participating in the NEAR Protocol hackathon. The core feature was to enable users to send crypto payments continuously through token streams.
With just two weeks to work on the logo, website, app's UX and UI, we embraced the challenge of designing everything from scratch.
Users can track the movement of their funds in real-time. The interface displays the status of each stream, the amount of tokens received and sent, and the remaining time. This enables users to have complete control and transparency over their crypto transactions.
Stream page incorporates simple features that enable users to easily manage their streams. Users can pause, add additional funds or withdraw them with ease. The stream's progress is indicated by two bars, one purple and one orange, representing the amount sent/received and withdrawn, respectively.
Dashboard provides users with an overview of their streams. The summary is divided into columns depending on the stream's status. The cards represent the stream's speed, and the values are visually represented for easy comprehension.
In result the app we designed won a $40,000 prize and was crowned "Best in Show". Within just a few days, the client got over 300 new users and multiple offers from venture funds.
